Prairie Sundrops - Oenothera Pilosella

Prairie Sundrops are a charming perennial from the Evening Primrose family, known for its bright yellow, fragrant flowers that bloom during the day rather than at night. This low-growing plant reaches about 1.5 to 2 feet in height and spreads through rhizomes, forming dense but shallow rooted mats  of foliage.
